How To Apply Olive Oil to Promote Hair Growth

Massage of the scalp and hair can help to invigorate your hair and scalp with nourishment, for improved health and manageability. Making a DIY hot oil hair mask with Olive oil can provide deep restoration of moisture to your hair.

Take 1 to 1.5 ounces of Olive oil and mix with 2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil and mix. Warm this blend in a microwave long enough to warm it, but ensuring not to overheat. Mixture should be safe to the touch!

Section off your hair and apply this warmed blend of oil with your fingertips directly to the scalp, being gentle as you go. Move from each section to the next until your entire scalp has been covered in the blend.

To boost the benefits of this treatment, wrap your hair with a warm towel for half an hour before shampooing out. Your hair will look amazing!

Repeat this procedure once a week for the next few months to see long term improvements!
